Американская еда, которую вы не встретите в России

Все знают о том, что еда в США достаточно калорийная и порой имеет непривычный для нас вкус. В этой статье носитель английского языка Иен расскажет нам о том, по каким американским блюдам он скучает и почему их невозможно найти в России.

While living abroad, I have realized that there are some foods that Russia doesn’t have that I miss from the USA. Here are two of them.

Corn dogs — corn dogs are hot dogs which are fried in batter. They taste heavenly, but as you may have already guessed, isn’t healthy. I have yet to see them in Russia, which makes me sad. But it’s probably good for my health.

Krispy Kreme burgers — a Krispy Kreme burger is exactly what you might think it is. It’s a burger patty sandwiches in between a sliced Krispy Kreme doughnut. Again, these taste heavenly, but will clog your arteries. I miss them though. I usually have one a year at the Kentucky State Fair when it operates. I know I could make my own Krispy Kreme burger, but I don’t think Novosibirsk has a Krispy Kreme store.

These are two foods I miss having in the USA!
